The Grind

Champions are made in the offseason.   What are you going to do from today until State Cup this Weekend?    If you lack left foot skills, are you touching the ball inside and outside of your left foot 1000's of times daily.  Passing against the wall, juggling??  Are you watching the game video from this weekend that is located on this blog (located to the right) and thinking of "better options" that you could have made...?

Here is a video that I send daily to many of the WieFit Athletes.  Watch it.  Watch it twice, and listen to the words.  And then ask yourself, "what can I do every day this summer, if only for 20-30 minutes, that will make me the best I can be"?  It's up to you!
