Great practice last night!  I know I am challenging you girls more and am demanding excellence.  It's not out of frustration or me being upset with anyone.  I want to take you girls out of your comfort zone and push you harder than I've ever pushed you; so hang in there and give your best!  It will be worth it--trust me!
