Parents,

Our last Tournament is the Kentucky State Cup and will be played in Elizabethtown Kentucky on May 25^th thru 27^th, Memorial Day weekend. I have reserved a block of rooms for our team and each of you need to go into the system to reserve your own room. This must be completed by 4/1/2013 or the room will not be held. I have the reservations set to check in on Friday night and check out on Monday Morning. My advice would be to go ahead and reserve that time span, sure as we don’t reserve Friday night we will have a 7:00 AM game on Saturday. Once we know the team schedule we can call and revise our room dates if we want to.

We would like to make this a fun team building trip and would like a few volunteers to help organize a few things:

1.     One evening I would like to have a Memorial day picnic and cookout with the works, burgers, dogs, chips, watermelon, Bacon, etc.

2.       Activity crew to organize a few games for the girls, scavenger hunt, dance competition, etc.

3.       Cleaning crew – Sorry but Uniforms will need to be washed.

After this date and time, all unused portion of the requested team block will be removed from your team block and subject to current availability.  Please call HBC Event Services if you would like to request an extension on the above listed Cutoff Date.  We are more than happy to work with you.
